The 10th National Representative Assembly of the Chinese Society of
Geodesy, Photogrammetry and Cartography (CSGPC), and the Annual
Comprehensive Academic Conference was held at Jingxi Hotel in Beijing, China
10-12 October 2013. More than 800 delegates participated. As the
co-organizer of this event, FIG Vice President, Prof. Cheng Pengfei
representing FIG attended. During the meeting, he was elected
specially-appointed Vice President of the CSGPC.

The event included the 10th National Representative Assembly of
CSGPC as well as the 11th Presidents Meeting and the Annual
Comprehensive Academic Conference.
The event included special sessions with Invited Lectures to do
their presentations on specific topics.
Reports were presented from the Awards Programs of the Science
Development of Surveying and Mapping and Outstanding Surveying and
Mapping Projects in 2013; seminars of National Geographical
conditions monitoring and wisdom cities; press conference of
surveying and mapping, geoinformation new technology and products.

reports. |
In conjunction with The 10th National Representative Assembly there was an
exhibition. 16 exhibitors had taken the opportunity to participate.
The participants of the 10th National Representative Assembly of the Chinese
Society of Geodesy, Photogrammetry and Cartography (CSGPC).
CSGPC is a Member Association of FIG and renamed as Chinese Society for
Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation (CSSMG) during 10th National
Representative Assembly.
